How do I register as a user on the Website?
You must be registered as a user in order to make any purchases from Healthy Direct online. To register as a new user click on 'Sign in here' and enter your details in the fields provided. You must fill out all the fields marked with an * in order to complete the registration process.
I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?
If you forget your password you can use our password reset service. Simply enter you email address when asked and we will send you a new password. Your new password should normally arrive within 5 or 10 minutes. If you do not receive a new password, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer services. How can I change my password?
If you would like to change you password, please click the 'My Account' link which can be found at the top right of this page. Once logged in, you can change your password in the personal details section by clicking the 'change' link next to 'Password'. First enter your current password, then enter your new password twice, click 'change' and you are done! For extra help please see the following Video Help
How can I view / change my account details?
You can view your account details by clicking on 'my account' in the top right hand corner of this page. Once logged in, you can change your postal addresses, view previous orders, change payment details and change your password.
What is the difference between a voucher code & an offer code?
From time to time we give out voucher codes which allow a discount off of your order. This code could have come from your catalogue, or online through and advertisement in a newspaper or magazine.
The voucher code is not to be confused with the offer code which appears in a yellow box and entitles a customer to a special promotional offer.

How do I find the product I am looking for?
You can find the product that you are looking for by clicking on the relevant menu at the top of the page or by using the 'Search' facility, which will search the entire Healthy Direct range.
How do I find out information about a product?
A short product description will immediately appear with the image of the product and its price. You can click on the product to view the complete description of the product you are interested in.
How do I know the item I want is in stock?
If in the unlikely event that an item you want is out of stock, you will be sent all other items that you have ordered that are in stock, along with a letter notifying you of the out-of-stock item. Once this item comes back into stock it will be delivered to you straight away. You have the right to cancel the out of stock item should you wish.
How can I check / change my order?
You can check your order before it has been finalised by clicking on 'Shopping Basket'. This will show you all the items in your order along with its sub total. You can change your order by clicking the 'X' remove box on the product you wish to remove from your order or by changing the quantity of a product should you wish to have more than one of. If you change the quantity of an item you must click on 'update' afterwards.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery is normally within 5 - 10 days from despatch for all UK orders, overseas orders may take a little longer.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is ABSOLUTELY FREE on all UK orders.

Why haven't I received all of my order?
Products may be sent out at separately or at different times, depending on availability and price. If your order is over £18.00 then you will receive a multiple delivery.
Can I return my items if I am not happy with them?
As part of our continuing commitment to improving our customers' health and wellbeing, we offer this simple promise - if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, prices or service we will give you your money back!
What is Healthy Direct's policy on security and privacy?
We will add your address to our mailing list for news, updates and promotions when you place an order with us. We collect personal data primarily to provide you with efficient customer service and we may provide your details to other reputable companies for mailing marketing purposes. We do not give out email address details to any third parties. If you would prefer us not to disclose your details please tick the relevant box when registering.
