Evening Primrose Oil is a great source of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). This combination offers a number of beneficial qualities particularly for the joints, skin and circulation health.

Evening Primrose Oil is a great source of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). This combination offers a number of beneficial qualities particularly for the joints, skin and circulation health.  Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are omega-3 fatty acids to help to keep tryglyceride levels in the blood in balance, which may help to maintain a healthy heart and circulation. EPA and DHA also have anti-inflammatory properties, useful for sufferers of arthritis and other joint complaints.

We have combined 550mg of Cod Liver Oil (CLO) with 500mg of Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) which is a great source of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) which also has anti-inflammatory properties and is beneficial for dry skin.

Dosage
