Dosage

Take two tablets a day with liquid. Daily dose can be taken in one serving. At the onset of a cold or flu, two tablets can be taken up to three times a day for seven days. For maximum benefits stop taking tablets for one week every two months.

  • I find these Echinacea pills a wonder. After having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years an unpleasant side effect is a very compromised immune system which leads to many unpleasant infections. Since I started taking these pills a year ago I have not even had a sniffle let alone a bout of usual cystitis. Bronchitis attacks are also a thing of the past. My 40 year case of psoriasis has even improved to the extent that this last summer was first in 40 years to be able to wear skimpy vest tops instead of long sleeves all the time.
