I find these Echinacea pills a wonder. After having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years an unpleasant side effect is a very compromised immune system which leads to many unpleasant infections. Since I started taking these pills a year ago I have not even had a sniffle let alone a bout of usual cystitis. Bronchitis attacks are also a thing of the past.
