Dosage

  • I'm 57 this year (09) and walk miles. I started taking Glucosamine when I was 54 and had problems with my left knee. I have recently slipped on grass, but landed on a concrete step & have a broken wrist, but I am convinced that my daily dose of glucosamine has helped my broken bones heal within the normal six weeks (due to my age thought I would have had a longer healing time). Also 2yrs ago when I walked on uneven ground fell and broke my ankle, I have found that I do not even have a thought about being held back from walking or any exercises that I have aways done.......Thanks to Healthy Direct products :-)
