  • I have been taking Q10 for about three years and will not be without it now, using it to control my atrial fibrillation. I went from heart always irregular and me ill in bed, to up and about again with settled heart, and I truthfully felt my heart strengthen literally. This stuff is unbelievable when you get a quality one. Vitamin C makes it work better, and oil is needed to facilitate absorption, unless its included in capsule.
