Ginger works by lowering the body’s production of natural pain-causing compounds called ‘prostaglandins’. In a study of osteoarthritis sufferers, Ginger’s anti-inflammatory properties have been shown to reduce joint swelling and discomfort.
Take one to two tablets as required. For travel take one to two tablets one hour before travelling. Daily dose can be taken in one serving.
